Because InterLink operates globally, we make information we gather available to our worldwide business units. We use tools to analyze traffic patterns and inform us how our users are using the Site and how successfully we are marketing. System Data Collection, Remote Control and Utilities:

Our Services help diagnose and resolve computer problems. InterLink uses several types of software: the first type provides computer system information to InterLink which helps us diagnose and resolve your personal technology problem, the second type allows InterLink to remotely control your computer and modify its settings or software, and the third type generally consists of utilities and other tools to improve computer performance and help solve your personal technology problem as described in our Terms of Service. By ordering Services, you are giving permission to InterLink to download and use software to take control of your computer and modify your computer settings to resolve your personal technology problem. InterLink will only use such software to attempt to resolve your personal technology problem and use reasonable efforts to limit its access of your personal information while performing the services. However, InterLink may inadvertently access personal information on your computer. If InterLink becomes aware of such inadvertent access, we will use reasonable efforts to promptly delete such personal information from our servers, if applicable, and in any event will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for and InterLink has no liability for securing and backing up your computer network, information and software as further set forth in the Terms of Service.

Monitoring of the Services:

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and record the Services, including telephone calls and online sessions for purposes of improving customer service, internal training and internal market research. You acknowledge and agree that we may monitor and record the Services and to disclose any information as necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Services properly, or to protect ourselves and/or our Users.

Disclosure of Information:

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may disclose your personal information to our third party contractors who perform services for InterLink in order to i) confirm your transactions, ii) complete the Services, and provide you additional information about our Site and Services. InterLink may provide aggregate statistics about our users, sales, traffic patterns, and related Site information to third parties, but this information will not include personally identifiable information.
